The Energy Healer Collaborative is a global network of place-based hubs.
As a network, we strengthen community and credibility by connecting skilled energy healing practitioners locally and globally, supporting peer-reviewed research, amplifying research findings, and creating opportunities for healers and scientists to co-design rigorous research. We also co-create systemic changes to help healers earn a sustainable wage through private pay, insurance reimbursement, and government models, while supporting integration of healers into clinics, hospitals, companies, and centers.
Each hub is driven by volunteer healer-coordinators. All hubs are resourced by SEFC & LightEn. Each hub coordinator:
- Recruits energy healers in their assigned geography, from various traditions.
- Holds at least monthly hub gatherings, featuring teachings, storytelling, support, and planning.
- Attends monthly calls with other hub coordinations to exchange best practices, help set priorities, and work on key initiatives that will benefit the network.
- Participates in an annual gathering.
SEFC & LightEn provide every local hub with resources, including:
- Peer-reviewed energy healing studies and new findings as they are published.
- PhenomenaHealing.com, which features research and healer-healee stories.
- Phenomena: "The Science and Stories of Energy Healing" – a podcast series that features recorded interviews with researchers, practitioners, spiritual masters & health care professionals.
- Financial support for healers in individual practice, alongside integration into clinics, hospitals, companies & centers.
- Public relations support and media engagement to build public awareness and mainstream acceptance of subtle energy healing.
- Monthly calls with outside speakers on relevant topics, with recordings distributed to the entire network.
